Great place to Live. I have lived in the apartments for almost 2 years and love every minute of it. The management team is AWESOME! Whenever there is an issue it got resolved. The people and kids are very friendly. This Community is a great place to live.

NO WAY!!! Went only to view this place, NO WAY! Took a drive around the complex, stopped and asked a random tenant that was outside a few questions and that's all I needed to hear!
Seems expensive too, maybe it was worth it when buildings were new, not now.
Found better not too

Have seen better but defff great apartment Very nice, i have seen better but the price is a very good price. I love it here. Wish their was a pool but who cares. The beach is close by anywas. Fitness center is nice and clean and matience is great.. Great price. skeptical at first but i enjoyed

Okie lived in the complex for over 2 years, its a okie place to live, they keep switching managers, you are better to rent in the new phase then the old phase, they are more worried about filling the new ones then working on the old ones, if you need a carport you better live in
