I was attracted at first by the low price and what looked like a fairly nice apartment. Wow was I wrong, first upn closer inspection the sliding door screen was missing and when a new one was installed it was so crooked that it left a 4 inch gap at the top when the bottom was closed.
The dead bolt locked stopped working and when the maitainance people replaced it (during the day) they stole a diamond ring, gold chain and about $300 in change. Tried to take them to court but had no proof.
I could go on and on about the horrible service, parking, and low life nieghbors, but suffice to say: DO NOT rent here!
