Maintance is great, Manager is horrible! She hates everyone and everything! Don't catch her on one of her bad days, you will be sorry! She is never in the office, she uses the maintance as her personal flower planter, driver, painter, ceramic tile layer, and furniture mover. She is very byest!! The grounds look great but look again on the side where she lives, we beleive that's where all the money for landscaping went because the rest of the complex is pretty bare. She puts on a great act though until you move in and something need's to be done, than she has a whole nother side that is rude and disgusting. I hear she will never get fired even for all the vacancies because she was good friends with the owners father you passed away. The owner is clueless! She lives there for free and has her own garage, her own locked washer, multi storage like you would'nt believe in the basement, were not allowed to wash our cars there but she has her cadillac washed there weekly. Most the neighbors are nice, but some are drama and spread rumors and are jealous of what you have so they don't want you there. Most of the apartments are not the same price, she is constantly changing prices on people, just remind her you have a lease!Lots of ear wigs!!!!! She will not spray for bugs and if you ask her to do anything she will call you a pain in the a-- and still won't do it! The carpets are gross, she won't change them and blames the owner for everything that is rundown including the different rent prices. There is a pool however don't bring a guest because she hates the pool and constatly comes out of her apartment to see who is their and if you have a guest she yells at them very nasty " Who are you!!"- "Who told you that you could swim here!'" even when your there with your guest, it's so embarrassing! oh yea, it's not as safe as they make it out to be, one of the neighbor ladies was robbed in the parking lot, she's in her seventies or eighties.You can find a much better place. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
