Parents raise children differently as you gain wisdom in child rearing. Companies however run different divisions similiarly. I lived at cass lake shore club. Hartman and tyner are the worst land owners I have had the misfortune of renting from. I have spoken to many people renting residential and even commercial the general reveiw is not good. They don't respect you if you have a lease or other wise. They veiw you as trapped. what are you gonna do break your lease. I was left without heat in winter. Most of my neighbors were drug dealers. I saw many deals going down in the halls. A neighbors ceiling collapsed on her. This was my expierence. People I know living in other complexes owned by the SAME COMPANY expeienced similar problems. Now you say don't judge all the kids. Well the wonderful Laketree a complex in which a friend formerly called home. Left her without a working furnace from the month's of December till April. Maintenance's reason they were waiting for parts. Now unless the furnace were constructed in say communist russia in somethingagrad why would waiting for parts be an excuse. And to the naysayers well he didn't even live there his friend did. She asked me to write a reveiw reflecting her opinion.
