We currently live here, and it's not too bad for what we pay. Best Value in Waterford, we think. You get a washer and dryer in your unit, and a pretty large storage space in the building. As far as living with creeps and weirdos.. yeah you are living in an apartment, so expect to see some.. it's good for conversation. Management is kind of slow, and the pool's never open, but We've lived with worse.
