This apartment was infested with cockroaches. Switch covers were missing. Screens missing from windows. Sliding glass door didn't lock. Not a safe nieghborhood. Had to take them to court to break the lease because of unfit living conditions.

Why would anyone wait 4 years to write a review such as this one? I managed this community for 3 years. The only cockroach problem was due to a resident who lived in completely deplorible conditions and I had them removed. One thing I will admit was that when I started, the make ready units had a lot to be desired. I miss Laketree.
