I lived there for a year and 3 months.
During that time, I had an oven out, that wasn't repaired for over 2 months, that turned out to be soot in the burner. They took my service reports, wrote something funny like "Adjusted, now works" on it, and returned it to the office as a complete task. They never bothered to even come and ask or look at the problem. I had to file 3 requests to get the oven fixed, which was a 3 minute repair.

Then the shower broke. This was the last straw in a string of problems with the complex, ranging from water leaks, sagging celings in the apartment below, leaky roofs, etc. They came in to fix a leak in the wall, and broke the shower. I filed 10 service requests in the course of 4 months to attempt to get it repaired. I ended up getting a loan from a friend and running out on the lease. No matter what I tried, they wouldn't fix things. Their law firm were total jerks to me, until I told them I had my service record in hand. They then agreed on a modified settlement on the eviction.

It's a great place, until something breaks. This of course is excluding the fights in the parking lot, the screaming from other tenants, and the car stereos that cost less than the cars they're in. They don't spray out the dumpsters, and they emit the most horrid smells that you can smell during the summer. They don't paint lines on the concrete, so if you want to park, just bring your car as close to the curb as you can get it, and throw it in park. Don't worry about parking straight, or spacing from other people that parked, because noone else cares either.
Staff turnover is incredible. Don't expect to go in and talk to the same person twice at the office.
Basically, it's a great place if you have no money, but let's just say it'd be a great idea to find a friend who is also a lawyer for when you need something done.
