Apartment Rate with One Small Pet

You may have one pet under 25lbs at River?s Edge. The rate is an additional $75 per month, plus an additional deposit. My rent is $450 per month. However, with one cat, I pay $525 per month.



The apartments are small, but affordable. I have a first floor patio apartment and for the most part, I enjoy it.
