I used to have problems with this apartment complex; I even thought about breaking my lease and moving out. But not too long ago, I was informed that the apartments were under new management, and I have noticed a considerable change. The cable rarely gives me problems anymore, the maintenance staff doesn't take half as long as they used to to fix things, and the new manager placed the work order personally to get an animal out of the attic above my bedroom. I now give this place my highest recommendation.
