I lived in River's Edge apartment for a year and trust me YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE THERE. For a guy working my way through college it seemed like a good idea. Waterford is better off tearing it all down.
Here you see the downside of cheap rent. My neighbors were constantly being arrested for drug trafficking. The apartments make the news about once a year! Next door where about 13 people lived, who I suspected to be illegals always kept me up by the constant noise and door knocking.
Potholes go oblivious to the staff. ANY maintence problem is answered and solved with "we have it on file thank you". how I don't miss my car getting broken into, and the lovely sound of a policemans foot breaking into an apartment below mine. Great entertainment it's Cops and Jerry Springer at your doorstep.

I never felt safe, and I plead & caution any single women not to do this. It's also an unwritten law not to say hello to your neighbors. Yes my rent actually went down during the year and I can see why. If you want to live here consider Pontiac or Detroit, here the hood comes to Waterford.
