I moved in August 2004 and am about to sign a new lease because this is the only place me and my finace can afford right now. I was scared to stay home alone at first after hearing horror stories but as it has turned out its been just fine, ok neighbors, besides the loud music sometimes and loud little kids but thats everywhere. The people at the office seem unprofessional but they have been nice to us. Whats going on with the dumpsters overflowing'' well only a few complaints from me but nothing too dramitic or life threatening like some of these other people are saying on here. maybe they are in a bad part'' i live near the first entrance, its ok there.oh yeah, the matenience sucks!! our AC works but not well and they never come and fix it......ehh what can u exspect for this cheap of rent though' thats how i see it :)
