Don't live there-its NOT worth it!!!

It is especially not worth it when you move out and they try to charge you for damages that were already present at move in ( which were all even documented on my move-in checklist and I even got charged $4 for ice trays that were never even there.) I know its cheap but I would've paid any amount of money to live elsewhere. I stayed for 9 mos. and just paid for the rest and moved out. I was not allowed to see my apt until 2 days before I moved in ( I had pd. the deposit but had not signed a lease.) The apt was disgustingly dirty and the carpet had probably never been replaced-worn down to the nub w/ burns, grease spots, and HUGE koolaid stains.) They would not refund my money. I was pretty much forced to move in at that point. My a/c was broken for almost TWO months during 100 degree weather so I had to keep my window open at night. I could never sleep either due to people yelling and arguing loudly in the parking lot or loud parties with pounding bass from the building next door (which was being constantly watched by the cops.) My smoke alarm was broken for like 5 mos. at least (it never actually got fixed). I called constantly, but they never came. The manager was very unprofessional and was also very loud (she lived in the same building )with arguments and people pounding on her door yelling profanity ( I think it was an exboyfriend.) My advice is if you are already living there, buy a car alarm, try to stay inside at night, and always keep your door locked because you never know who will walk in at any time. I should have listened to all of the warnings before I moved there. Trust me, all of the bad rumors are true.
