Not as bad as people think

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have been living here since May of 2004 and I haven't had any of the problems that I thought I would have. I had heard horror stories about htis place but it is not that bad. The apartments are small but they are inexpensive. I will not renew my lease only because I want a bigger place. There is a lot of noise from the people above but guess what that happens in all apartments. My neighbors are really friendly. The maintenance has always come within a reasonable amount of time. The one thing I do not like is that the maintenance parks on the side of the entrance road by the clubhouse and you cannot fit more than one car though at a time. But oh well. You get what you pay for.
