I moved in here bcause it was the only place I could afford. I have hated it ever since. Our first upstairs neighbors were nice, but then our new ones are loud at all times of the night and day and are always fighting and throwing things. I can always hear exactly what they are saying. Their "friends" have come walking into our apartment, and have come pounding on our door at midnight, all because they they are at the wrong door. Maitnence is horrible, they come in a timely manner but do bad work. I have had them out here 5 different times for the same 2 problems. On another problem, when my refrigerator was leaking inside, they cleared out the pipe'tube by blowing all of the old meat, water, blood and gunck into my fridge and leaving it for me to pick up; coinsedently they then forgot to re-connect the tube and so I had water going all over my kitchen floor. The office staff is rude and very unproffesional, they also usually don't have any answers for your questions(I wanted to get cable and called to ask how to go about it, they told me to call around to service providers and set it up. The service providers as well as the move-in information packet says that you have to call the office to set it up. So why did they not know this'). The storage unit was broken into and things were stolen. There is trash constantly all over the premises, on the ground, in the hallways and on the stairs. Mostly it is from kids who aren't looked after. The area where I live does not have paking lines and so parking is sometimes an issue because people will not park right next to eachother. If you are absolutly desperate, move in. Otherwise stretch money a little bit for a different place.
