Rivers Edge is not as bad as people say. Yes at times you can hear the people upstairs, and things do break.... but what can you expect for the price they ask. I lived there for a year and NEVER had any problem with crime! Its far from the "Ghetto" as some may claim. If your looking for a cheap place to lay your head and dont expect to much this is the place for you.
