Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
When I moved here people warned me that is noisy, had bugs, was dangerous etc... But it is really not. The only noise I hear is from little kids playing during the day. My neighbor had a party once and it was on a Saturday. There is always parking, there was almost nothing wrong with my apartment when I moved in. I always have hot water. Ive lived here for about 7 months and have not really had much problems, maybe it is just because I keep to myself, I don't know.
