no water pressure and you can't take a shower without getting burned and iced in the same 5 minutes, things always broken- takes weeks and sometimes months to get it fixed and you're lucky if they are fixed properly, noisy neighbors, old cabinets-the drawers fall out regularly, rude management, poor laundry facility

I agree. We pay a lot of money for these apartments. This is our home and we need to have respect and the management needs to set and enforce rules and take charge and not let troublemakers disrespect everyone.
