I moved in May 2003 and I didn't have a shower head in my bathroom. Then, our airconditioning went out all the time. I was constantly calling matienance to fix it, they came like 2-3 days later. I come to find out the kids that live there were "huffing" the freon. Nice neighborhood! Also, my neighbors on one side had like 4 kids and were loud. My other side were 20 yr. old males who constantly partied. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. I ended up breaking my lease and moved out after being there for only 4 months!

You did the right thing. My ex roomie is now suing this complex. They are not very bright and made some major mistakes in the way they handled our moving out. Sucks to be them at this point because it does not look like they have a leg to stand on. OH and how do you like the garbage all over the place? I called the health dept on them after I moved out.

I lived there while waiting for my house to be ready in fall '05 thru summer '06. They must have cleaned up their act because there was no garbage anywhere, and there are staff out everyday picking up what some of the slobs that live there would throw on the ground.

I almost sued them because Tammy in the office used my name and s.s. # to change my comcast account. I had to get the cops involved, but after I did comcast stopped cooperating so I didn't have enough evidiance.
