Clean and well maintained

For the area and price, it is better than most. No barking dogs, and security service monitors the lots during the night. The staff is very friendly and always cleaning, painting, gardening and doing whatever to keep the grounds nice and clean. Just don't get a lower level because you can hear every footstep above you.
