They didn't give me a copy of the lease and outright refused to do so. They try to change what they tell you during your lease signing to cost you more money. My disposal has never worked even though they've "fixed" it twice. I found mold in my bathroom. I have to use a plunger on my sink every time I wash dishes. The heat doesn't work correctly in the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have problems with the toilet. The lock on my door broke with me locked in the apartment, it took an hour and a half for the "emergancy" maitence person to come and get me out after I called (and I ended up taking the lock off the door myself). A woman in the office stole my information and was using my social security number (and pretending to be me) to change my bills and shut off my utilities. The police had to get involved for her to stop. She was not let go and still works and lives in the community. They also do not keep up with snow removal in the parking lot, or sidewalks. An outside light has been broken in the alley between buildings since I moved in even though I've asked for it to be fixed several times it's still broken a year later. It took then around a month each time I've needed something fixed (ie. my sink doesn't drain and almost flooded my apt) I would never recommend this place even to my worse emeny!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

For your information I know exactly who this tenant is and that they were a problem since the day they moved in because I was one of the residents who had to constantly complain about them. I was also present for the "police" incident and nothing was done because she was had NO proof and was just upset that she was being asked to find another place to live. In the future..if YOU don't live in the community...DON'T RESPOND!! Especially if you are trying to instruct others on how to respond to reviews left by hostile former tenants. I have to right to defend my community in any way I see fit...Watterford West is a WONDERFUL place to live!!

Um...I wasn't asked to find another place to live, you must be thinking of a different resident. SO I'M SORRY BUT YOU DO NOT KNOW "exactly who this tenant is and that were a problem since the day they moved in". I lived there for my entire lease, I was never a problem, I also never got in trouble from the complex. I'm sorry you are mistaken. And I am the one who WROTE AND RESPONDED. I lived there for a year. I never talked to anyone that lived there other than the people in the office and my friend that lived there for 3 months while I did. It's awesome that you like Waterford West. I hated it. I had to call the police on a Staff member for fraud. She was using my social security number and pretending to be me. Sorry I am speaking the truth. I'm sure you could get the police report I filed with the Waterford Police.
