There are better places out there

I've lived in my one bedroom apartment for 2 years now. The little things are really starting to bug me now so I'm moving out. The kids that live in the complex always play outside my door. It's not really a big deal but when I regularly have soccer balls hitting my door, it startles me. Sometimes the sprinkler system is running during the daytime hours so I have to hurry to lock my door and run away before I get wet. Each apartment has it's own furnace and hot water heater. The furnace is really loud. I have to turn my TV way up just to hear it. The water heater only allows me to take a 10 minute shower before the hot water runs out. You can rent a washer and drying to have in your own unit but even if you have your own washer and dryer, they want to charge you just for having it hooked up, so don't tell them if you have your own. I hate how I have to walk to the office to get the mail and take out my trash. The office staff could be better. I've only dealt with the bald black guy who doesn't really seem to happy about anything and the bitchy looking white lady with short hair who isn't really a -----, I just get the vibe from her once in a while. One last thing that really gets on my nerves. People come around, usually in the day time, and stick things to your door, usually advertisements. Once, someone did this around midnight. I have a bat for next time someone is messing with my door at that time of the night. Also, this is the complex's way of notifying you when they will be entering your apartment to put in a new furnace filter. In my opinion, that's what a mailbox is for.
