Ghetto - This place sucks. Dirtiest, ghettoist, grimest place ever. Not only that but the staff sucks more than your drug dealing neighbors. Great place to live in waterford - Just moved here about a month ago, We looked at all the apartments in Waterford and we liked Village Green of Waterford the best.
