Long Time Resident Always treated with respect. Sometimes maintenance issues get delayed. Maintenance staff not informed. Noise with other tennents are caused by them -slamming doors, yelling the like. All in all I would recommend to others, people need to remember it is an apartment

Stay Away! Far Away! Shawn the occupant of 3295 Watkins Lake Rd #406 pulled a knife on someone in the Heritage park apartments parking lot and threatened to kill them. The police and management were called. I dont know if the idiot was ever arrested. He still lives here and I had to buy a gun
