My husband and I have lived in these condos for 9 months now. When we first came to look at the condo it had not been cleaned up from the prior tenants (who we later found out must have been evicted, and we had repo people show up twice in the middle of the night), and it was a 3bed 1.5bath when they had promised a 3bed 2full bath. The management assured us that they would clean it and repair the carpet and that they would take care of everything. When we returned later that night they had cleaned it and we decided to try it for a year. BIG MISTAKE! The management was difficult to get to clean up those issues, and more maintainence that we found that needed to be done. They have not kept their word on snow plowing in a timely manner. They are inconsistent and difficult to get a hold of, if they do not answer the phone don't even bother leaving a message because they won't call back. Be forewarned! It seemed like a good deal at first, but we would Never deal with Exodus again and will specifically warn others as well.
