Westchester Towers

Frequently the elevators are nonfunctional and unsanitary. For long periods of time they accommodate puddles of stagnant urine, trash and other forms of human waste. Polices that are enunciated in the buildings lease are contradicted by the buildings management. Its staff illustrates a disregard for repair work requested by its tenants, and when repair work is administered it is either incomplete or insufficiently done. Fire hazards continually thrive within the buildings; water hoses for the fire-extinguishing units are knotted, improperly hung and hold various litter.

The buildings security is of inferior quality. For months the buildings security doors have possessed faulty locking mechanisms, therefore granting non-tenants access to the building and its occupants. Management continuously provides tenants with dates in which these repairs are to take place. However, the dates are inconsistent and succeeded by numerous contradicting excuses as to why the situation has yet to be remedied (one being that the buildings budget has prevented the door from being repaired).

The aforementioned paragraph is just an abridgment of problems that are in continuation at Westchester towers.
