Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
This was the worst living condition I have ever seen in my life. The building is constantly filthy. The building is invested with rats. The crime here is notorious. My car was stolen in the parking lot twice. The office staff is rude and talks down to you. I can go on and on and on and on and on. DO NOT LIVE HERE
