Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I had the pleasure of living here and it was my 1st apt so i didn't know what to expect. so, i had to jus see for myself...
The man across the hall from me used to try and burn the place down every other day, dope dealers had high clientele, my clothes were stolen out of the dryer, i found a man sleeping in the laundry room, and last but not least roaches traveled the halls up 3 flights of stairs and into my kitchen and would return even after the "sprayed" it down.. Then the rent went up... but it's up to you.
