I currently live here and am trying to get out as soon as possible. Here's why:
Roaches in the laundry rooms and most of the apartments, It is too noisy because the tenants don't care about other people and get loud and stay loud, I have seen drug dealers dealing drugs under my window, I ran into a guy that was a convicted child molester(management didn't know about it), they don't check people out before they move them in, people are being stalked and threatened, the managers had to fire another manager for embezzling $40,000, and now they are making the tenants pay for it, the managers are rude, racist, and people you really don't want to deal with. I can't wait to get out of hell!

I totally agree with the other person... I HATE IT HERE!!!! I am trying everything in my power to leave, my lease is up in Sept and i'm not waiting that long!!! Ive had my truck broken into and my tires slashed... I am a quite person talk to nobody here and this is what I get? The parking lot is very dark at nite and they have no lights, IT IS NOT SAFE!!!!!! I have needed repairs since i moved in and have not been fixed, I have holes in my walls from a leak that they wont fix and in result my cabinets are falling off the wall.... If you value your sanity don't move here... The tennets are very rowdy and loud and they don't care if you live below them.. Its sad that Wayne police have there own key to get in... what does that tell you?? I CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS HELL HOLD!!!!!!!!

Well I guess the new staff in the office is not much better then the past because they are also rude and thinks highly of themselves.Lets start with the buzzer and guest geting in, Oh I have been here two years and my buzzer has never work and the new office staff refuse to let in people. I have been trying to find out who"s the owner of this nice and peaceful building that was told to me when I move in. The fitness center and play area for the children seen it could'nt belive it 3 excrise eqipment.Only good thing about tis place is the rent.If the rent was not at the rate it at more people would move out.I am moving in July and I think that anybody with child should really consider moving them to a better place. So if you move here good luck and I hope you are in shape to climb stairs the elevator are always out.
