We enjoyed the apartment very much. However, if you think you can get out of the lease earlier (even after signing and paying for house purchase addendment), you must think again carefully. We signed the agreement to give them 2 months notice if we bought a house. It turned out the way the rent and the agreement was set up was you cannot get any benefit for moving out early unless you buy a house within the first 6 months of your lease. So what is the point of house purchase agreement'' We had to pay them another two months of rent after we moved into our new house. The apartment management is very strict in reinforcing the rules. We suffered finacial loss as a result.

The statements made in this review show that the writer clearly did not read his lease before signing it. I have lived in Aldingbrooke and Citation Club and both are owned by Beztak management. I definetly liked Aldingbrooke as the better property between the two, mainly due to the maturity of the clientele. In every lease, it states that no transfer, or buy-out clause can be activated unless you have lived in the apartment for at least 6 months. This is apparently really common in aparmtents today. I was also told by the Aldingbrooke Staff of this requirement the minute I asked to purchase such a clause-so obviously this writer was not paying attention because he or she thought they would never encounter the issue. Always read your lease and listen to the office staff.
