I would like to clarify the information i read in "beautiful apartment but tricky lease" for aldingbrooke apartments. the author of this review stated very incorrect information. First, the home purchase addendum does not require you to purchase a home within the first six months of living at aldingbrooke, it requires that you live at aldingbrooke at least six months before you can use the home purchase addendum. It is a very beneficial addendum to purchase because upon giving a 60 day notice you only have to pay a lease break fee instead of having to pay a lease break fee on top of rent for all unused months on lease and repayment of any "special discount" given per month as many other apartment communities require. I would recommend aldingbrooke to anyone!
