They let you have dogs, but they have no sidewalks! They boast about their security gates, yet they never work. They have no trash bins, so there's litter everywhere. They have a pool, but they have no heat. They let you out of your lease in 6 mo., but it really takes 7 mo. They have no health facilities. They don't even pay for the water bill in your rent. Everything is extra. Aldingbrooke offers nothing but traffic jams and asphalt.

I have lived in many apartments and houses and I have never had an apartment with worse soundproofing than my apartment at aldingbrooke. In fact I have lived in houses that have better soundproofing room-to-room than my apartment. If I stand in my kitchen I can hear my neighbors phone conversations in the apartment below me without straining or putting my ear to the wall. I can not so much as get up to use the bathroom without someone else knowing about it.

In response to that. Don't live in the Apple Ridge Apartments in Livonia. They advertise soundproofed but inside your apartment you can hear people run the washer/dryer on the top floor. You can hear the pipes running for anyone in the building taking a shower and music through the wall, not doorway.
