I've lived here a few years and have a few things to say about the apartment. First of all, there is quite a bad silverfish problem, and now that the weather is warming up again, they are back with a vengance. You'd think the spiders and the millipedes would take care of them, but no.

The gutters on the building need major repairs. Due to ice jams, I've had leaks in the ceiling which have never been attended to. A compaint to the office just got someone to come out and 'sweep off' the snow from the roof a little. The bad gutters also cause water to accumulate along the walkways, and I've found myself slogging through major puddles just to get from the car to the front door. The walkway is flooded. And it the temperature drops below freezing, there's a major icy mess to contend with.

And they must have spent a lot of money putting in that beautiful new gate system. Too bad the back enterance is constantly broken, like it was again this past weekend.

The sad thing is, this is probably one of the best apartment complexes in this area, or so I've heard. Pretty sad commentary about the apartment rental business.
