I just move-in during July 2007. First day in my home, the dishwasher was broke and leaked water all over. Had to be replaced and we had to clean up the water. My cabinet drawers were broken and needed repair. The clothes dryer did not work -- needed repaired. My garage was filthy -- it took them 3 week to clean it out. My gate card didn't work for 5 weeks. Four times they told me the problem was fixed but it never was. I had to register each time I entered the complex.

A maintenance person lives in my building and has a dog that howls 24/7. Not much that can be done about that one.

Each resident is billed for water. The lawn sprinkler system runs full time and the streets get more water than the lawns. Water is WASTED every day.

The unit just wasn't ready for move-in yet they gave no rent concession for the problems.

Seems things have changed for the better since 2007. There is always things that need fixing when you first move into an apartment, but I found maintenance quickly fixed the problems. When I first moved in July 2009 I noticed some dog howling problems, but not so much anymore, so perhaps they were addressed. It is very quiet here, safe, nice staff, no problems.
