I believe that rude and dismissive attitudes and behaviors from the management staff will come to haunt them at another time. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I was a potential renter who was promised certain allowances when toured several times. At the time of signing, items of interested were finally discussed. i.e. minimum monthly income and the agreement for the allowance was disallowed. I left there with the knowledge that I did the right thing by leaving. I can only imagine how I would be treated once I moved in. A very disfunctional office staff runs the leasing office and property management as well.

I absolutely believe what you have written. I visited Aldingbrooke as a potential tennant and was treated TERRIBLY! I was so offended that I sent Beztak an email complaining of the leasing staff. NO ONE even bothered to acknowledge that my email was received. I left a message for the property manager to call me. Of course, that never happened! RENTERS BE 'WARE!!!

Based on my personal experience with the staff at Aldingbrooke, they have always been courteous and respectful, not only to myself, but others I have seen in their office. I visited them several times, both on weekends and weekdays. They do get very busy on weekends, and visitors should understand the staff does the best they can. I always made an appointment ahead of time to make sure they had time to spend with me. After all, it is first come, first serve. If you see the staff is too busy to help you, schedule an appointment to come back later, don't just jump on the ratings website and trash them.
