I visited Aldingbrooke's leasing office with hopes of renting a 2-3 bedroom unit. My hopes were quickly met with disappointment. The young lady at the desk did all but completely ignore my very presence. No one sat with me to review the floorplans, the cost, or even inquire of a possible moving date. I later phoned and asked to speak with the property manager. My call was never returned. I was so insulted that I sent an email to Beztak. Receipt of my email was never even acknowledged. Come on Aldingbrooke, you can do better than this!

Below is the response sent to the home office upon inquiring into the above complaint.. On Saturday a woman came in with some children, along with another couple (not with her). I greeted the couple first, because they walked in first. I asked them to have a seat and a leasing agent will be right with them. Then I greeted her and she explained she was a returning resident and commented on the renovation to the clubhouse. I replied Yes, isn't it beautiful. She asked for the 2 bedroom with den floor plan and pricing and I explained that we have a floor plan called the Grand Ranch which has 2 bedrooms and a living room which could also be a den and I asked her to have a seat in the dining room and told her someone will be right with her (one leasing agent was currently helping a client on the phone, and another was on a tour). She was sitting for about 1-2 minutes while residents and phone calls flooded the clubhouse. I then went to get the grand ranch floor plan and wrote down the price along with the special. As I walked into the dining room she looked agitated. I gave her the floor plan and was about to explain our specials, when she said "I feel like I'm inconveniencing you," I tried to explain to her that she was not, and asked if she wanted to see the floor plan (vacant apartment). Then she asked if we had time to tour her, before I could explain to her that I could. She got up and said she was disappointed by the service and said she would be back. On the way out the door she asked if Beztak was our property management company and I nicely said Yes, then she left. She did not explain how service was before, nor did she wait for an "eternity." It was a Saturday, and she did not have an appointment. I nicely told her "thank you for waiting." I am always very nice to incoming residents, and never just not answer anyone. So I am a little confused on why she is saying I was rude.

First, I am pleased that your responded to my complaint. At least I feel confident that future prospective tennants will have a better experience with you than I had...that's good! Secondly, in response to your comments, I realize that you need to do a little "damage control" to protect the value of your name with Beztak. I won't, therefore, dispute your argument. Let's simply try it again another weekend, okay? Take care
