My apartment was nice, if you like feeling like you're living in a college dorm. Loud parties well into the early morning hours, rude neighbors, radios and neighbors making excessive noise and the staff didn't address the problems. And then of course there was the maintenance problems. Leaking windows & ceilings in bedroom that took forever to get fixed. Even simple repairs, like closet doors seemed too much for them. After having them come out 3 times and they still couldn't get it fixed, I asked my brother who fixed it it in 5 minutes. And then on top of all that, they raise my rent at the renewal of my lease. Why would I pay more'
