I moved from Canton over to this home 4 monts ago and I'm perfectly happy. The rent is cheap, the location is perfect walking distance to two bars and several food locations.

The floors are thin so there is going to be noise heard, but I expected that coming into this situation. Its an apartment. If you want a quiet home, go buy one.

For the price, location, and size of the unit, it is a fine place to live for temporary housing. I wouldn't call an ideal retirement castle, but it does the job for short term apartment.
