This place isn't bad for the money (about 500 for a one bedroom). It's adjacent to a quiet neighborhood that is well patrolled by the Sylvan Lake and West Bloomfield police. Neighbors are quiet, the pool is nice and not full of unruly kids. They will paint you an accent wall any color you want for free, which is nice. Most people charge for it and expect you to paint over it when you leave, but they don't. The office staff are all friendly and remember your name. Maintenance takes care of business. Just pay your rent and you shouldn't have any problems, just like anywhere else!
