I have read through the reviews...I think that every apartment living situation has issues...Ghetto hell hole that's funny...if more people would watch their kids it would make a difference...if you sit and watch things go on and don't do or say anything...who's going to know your issue...every Management company has a not so friendly person working for them Silverbrooke is no different...just as every store has an unfriendly employee...to make a long story short...there is no perfect place and I have to say that the CURRENT Manager and leasing agents are pleasant...and for the most part any repairs have been done quickly...over all things are not like some of the reviews that I have read

I think that you are so right... So far I have move here around July and I love this place. It is quiet and the people are friendly. You are right if you have an issue about something than you should bring it to management to handle the problem. Just for everyone to know that I am very happy to be living here...

You are as high as the manager of Silverbrooke. Silverbrooke is the worst place I have ever seen and I have been to third world countries that had much better living accomodations. The walls are falling down, the roofs leak and the managers are stoners. The crime rate is through the roof, they are letting people with terrible criminal elements/records in there-anyone in there Period! They don't have building permits, black mold painted over, floods, hey if you think they are so great, go live there. The pictures that were posted are totally real and very forgiving. There is much more than just a bad guy at the wheel. Where there's one cockroach, there's a hundred more behind the wall and there are, all the way to the leasing office which smells horrible. Look around the leasing office-it is a prime example of the slum like atmosphere that you will pay top dollar for.
