The mentality of management at Silverbrooke is that what you see at first is a clean somewhat maintained exterior. The first impression makes a lasting impression. Don't be fooled by what you see at first, look at the interiors (kitchen / bath tiles, carpeting, closet doors,drafts through windows, anything musty smelling most likely is a sign of mold, etc...). Save yourself the grief, pass this place up!
