I'm close to signing a lease here for a great price.
Should I or should I not
If not, where else would you recommend
Its hard to judge this place during working hours because it appears so peaceful (except the mass abundance of kids not in school).
Heating/cooling cost for upstairs units
Is management better
Sound
It is true about them showing an unavailable unit because the unit that IS available is still being "prepped".
Im considering Thornberry because it will save me about 300 bucks a month.
