good community - I have lived at Hickory Green for a couple years and have really enjoyed it. We do have a new manager who is young but seems to be very friendly. The maintenance, Mike, is a good guy and has came out quickly when I ran into a toilet problem after I first moved it. It's quiet most of the time.
