On of the people that management hired was MURDERED on 8/19/2007 and management didn't show up for over 7 hours! The person that was stabbed in the neck was laying by the stairs and went to the hospital as a John Doe because management didn't even bother to come after one of the people they hired was murdered. MOST of the outdoor lighting was NOT working UNTIL someone was murdered. After that they were her replacing the burned out lights 10 hours later! To bad it takes someone getting killed to get something done around here. The maintenance men look like major crackheads and do NOTHING!!! They are always sitting in the office. The only thing they know how to maintain is their crack pipes! Out of the 10 tenants I've talked to all 10 are afraid to let the maintenance men in their apartments! Don't bother coming here unless you want to sell dope. There is already 2 apartment in one section that sell drugs and management knows about it because they have been arrested for selling drugs and were welcomed back with open arms. WTF!

I am saddened to read this review. As a long time resident I was saddened to see and hear of this man's loss. However, he was not an employee for the community. I have seen a lot of maintenance and office employees come and go and I can say personally that the employees that are here are the best I have seen in the many years of living here.
As for the lights being out, the information posted is only partially true. As a matter of fact....most of the information posted is untrue.
Again, as a long time resident, I invited you to come to the community and meet the staff I know. They have been only wonderful to me.

I live in this complex in the apartment the murder happened in front of. Apparently it was the man who lived there before me who committed it. I can tell you I am extremely unhappy with this complex and am moving immediately. I filed a maintenance request about bugs in my apartment and it was not responded to for nearly 3 months and 4 additional phone calls. I have complained repeatedly about the people upstairs from me, who continually break windows, throw things over the balcony, and make a horriffic amount of noise at all hours of the night. My pictures have actually fallen off of my walls from the vibration. I have filed countless complaints and NOTHING has been done. A car was stolen out of the parking lot recently, and hardly any of the outside lights work. The entryway between apartments to get in smells like rotten eggs, fruit flies come out of the garbage disposal from the apartment next to mine (they are connected by sinks). When I moved in I was told the carpet was new, and then found burn holes in it. I do like the maintenance personnel, and they have been pretty helpful. I don't think they get the requests! All together I try to spend as much time there as humanly possible and am leaving as soon as my lease is up. I have seen countless people come and go from these apartments in the 9 months I have suffered there. I feel like I got completely duped by the management. I wouldn't pay $100 a month to live in that falling apart dump much less the nearly $700 they expect. You can live in Canton and not live in fear for less.

If your manager is -------------then you have problems big time! She brought all of her family to her last job as well. A son with a criminal history. A nephew as well. I would print this out and give it to her supervisors. Maybe it will help your situation and you can get better management there.

Hello Sarah! Doesn't surprise me to see you posting something anonymously. It's obvious you're still not working, and can't afford your medication. Actually, I feel very sorry for you.
I'm curious Sarah, how does it feel to not be re-elected to the board? How does it feel to be so disliked? You haven't changed. Do you realize that you can still be held accountable for decisions made while you were on the board of directors, even though you were voted off?
How sad. You led a vigilanti group totaling "one" against a disabled lady and had her removed from your all white community because she had an ------- American caregiver. Move here Sarah! You definitely wouldn't get away with that type of fair housing violations, living here. Perhaps people should know where you live so they know not to purchase/rent there for fear of having their civil rights violated and find themselves living on the street.
It saddens me for you that you spend so much energy in being negative.
Just curious, did you know that maintenance had and still have a nickname for you? Have they ever called you "Jiffy?" "No," you say? Ask them. Do you still have your little dog, are you still single, and do you still have a jar of peanut butter in your cabinet? If you answered yes to all of these then put them together and figure out why they call you "Jiffy." We could keep this up, however, I have a life unlike you.
I sincerely wish you all the best and hope you find a job soon, so that you don't have to continue to spend your life waisting your families inheiritance while not actively looking for a job.
