I have lived here for 7 years, out of neccesity (HAPPILY I am moving!), and we are now on our 7th set of managers. At first they were great and I thought, "FINALLY!" but no, it was just the eager newness that would eventually wear off. They are 3 months behind in their city inspection, they enter my premises when they KNOW I have it in our file not to enter if we are not here. They didn't put in a purchase order for our broken appliance until a month and a half AFTER we told them about it. Then when they were supposed to deliver it (going on 2 months later, have'nt had fresh vegetables for that long either!) they never showed, never called. They NEVER call to let you know of changes in plans. There are people with pitbulls (which haven't been registered, tattooed or microchipped) which are usually the same people that don't leash their dogs when walking them, which management has done nothing about. they have the worst communication skills I've ever witnessed. They get lippy to you when you call pissed off that THEY screwed something up AGAIN, as if they have the RIGHT! the complex itself is older than dirt, the walls paper thin, the neighbors are loud and thoughtless (9 times out of 10 they are wiggers blasting their bass. and if you have a problem with me saying "wigger" bite me that's what they are!) the electricity is so old that one of the buildings caught fire because of an old wiring problem. the plumbing is indescribably poor, the gutters haven't been cleaned out since i moved here (most likely never even before that) and our bathroom fan has never worked right since we got here, we've complained to EVERY SET OF NEW MANAGERS and they never fix it. We had a mouse once too! Nice huh' Enough said' Trust me, I could go on, but just take me at my word- unless you are trash, drug dealing, hooking or in a REALLY BAD financial situation DO NOT CHOOSE TO LIVE HERE!

I have lived here for 7 years (If you didn't like this apartment so much...why did you stay for 7 years?) we are now on our 7th set of managers. At first they were great and I thought, "FINALLY!" but no, it was just the eager newness that would eventually wear off. (They treat you with respect if you treat them with respect...just like any human being deserves!) They didn't put in a purchase order for our broken appliance until a month and a half AFTER we told them about it. Then when they were supposed to deliver it (going on 2 months later, have'nt had fresh vegetables for that long either!) they never showed, never called. (requests for maintenance are submitted the same day someone calls to make the management aware of a problem and if new appliances are needed an order is sumbitted for those as well. Delivery IF LUCKY takes about 1-2 weeks if appliances are not on back order) There are people with pitbulls (which haven't been registered, tattooed or microchipped) which are usually the same people that don't leash their dogs when walking them, which management has done nothing about. (Management has taken care of this problem, check out their "pet restrictions" on any apartments site!) they have the worst communication skills I've ever witnessed. They get lippy to you when you call pissed off that THEY screwed something up AGAIN, as if they have the RIGHT! (Untrue to a point! The management respects those who respect them. Once again, they are human beings just like yourself only they deal with "pissed off" people EVERY day who they are the only ones who have a problem that needs to be taken care of right away. They do the best they can with understaffed maintenance and the availability of parts/pieces/schedules and cooperation of residents) the complex itself is older than dirt, the walls paper thin, the neighbors are loud and thoughtless (9 times out of 10 they are wiggers blasting their bass. and if you have a problem with me saying "wigger" bite me that's what they are!)- (9 times out of 10 your neighbors are trying to hear their music over yours because yours is louder!) the electricity is so old that one of the buildings caught fire because of an old wiring problem. the plumbing is indescribably poor, the gutters haven't been cleaned out since i moved here (most likely never even before that) and our bathroom fan has never worked right since we got here, we've complained to EVERY SET OF NEW MANAGERS and they never fix it. We had a mouse once too! Nice huh' Enough said' Trust me, I could go on, but just take me at my word- unless you are trash, drug dealing, hooking or in a REALLY BAD financial situation DO NOT CHOOSE TO LIVE HERE! (The most enlightening thing about this is.....residents or neighbors who caused the most problems are usually the only ones posting bad things about this place....makes you wonder)

Oh, I'm sorry, are you a manager here? I lived there for 7 years out of necessity, given our financial situation. Now that we have MORE money we can live somewhere nicer, that IS the point of trying to better your position in life, right? Or are you one of those that are "content" where they are because they really have no purpose and have gone as far as they can in life? I'm so sorry to have offended your sensibilities with my rendition of my experiences there. I did coordinating for over a year and handled 25 different cases with at least 3 employees each, do the math dear, that's 75 employees I scheduled for and never ONCE did I have a complaint that something wasn't completed by me in a timely manner. And that was 75 different availability schedules to work around also, and not ONCE did an employee tell me I screwed up their schedule, so don't try to get all high and mighty with me! And let me tell you another thing, I don't need to justify my words, actions, thoughts or feelings to you or anyone else. These were MY experiences here and they are perfectly valid. And it sounds like you might know of me, well I may have moved but I know the way to get back there, I can always come for a visit and we can have this conversation face to face if you like. You're a piss-ant in a crumbling ant hill, they will replace you in the blink of an eye, trust me. And the Corporate queen ant will piss out another to take your place. Your job is just that, a job.
