been here 6 months now was looking for a cheap place since my divorce didnt expect much for the amount of rent i pay but suprised the place is always clean and snow is removed very quickly lived in other places and you were walking through the snow for days. the place is very plain but the apartment i live in is very nice has all new appliances and new carpet (didnt expect that)
it is a very good value in my opinion. and the maintenance is very quick same day service if they cant make it that day then no later then the next day im very happy here and would recommend it to any one looking for a great value for your money
