after living at Hines For nine years all I can say is Thank God I'm finally out of there. Anyone looking to move there should look around without one of the managment people around. For the price, you get what you pay for, which is nothing. If their is a maintenance problem with your apt, you better tell them they can go in without you there because if you request that you be there nothing will get fixed. I waited 3 years for them to finally fix a water leak, it took constant pestering of the mang's before they came in to fix it the first time. They "fixed" it 3 times and it is still leaking. Just remember..renter beware.
