I've lived in Hines Park for the past year, and loved it. It's a fantastic value for the money.....one of the biggest apartments I looked at, for one of the smallest prices. Lots of storage space and a huge bathroom. I've never had trouble with parking and there have never been weird smells in the hallway.....in fact every wednesday I can tell the cleaning guy has been there because it smells great! My neighbors are very quiet and mostly keep to themselves. Seems to be a lot of families that live in the complex, as there are always children out playing on the lawn. The office staff has always been friendly to me. I even had water in my apartment at one point due to a leak, and they were very prompt about getting it dried up and keeping me informed of what steps they were taking to fix it. If I wasn't buying a house this summer, I would definitely be staying.
