I lived at this community for almost 1 1/2 years. Both Elise and Sandy at the office are really nice and helpful and very professional. I'll give the maintainance 99/100. They were always professional and fixed the problem in no more than a day. Our apartment was next to the stairs so we would here people coming and going down the stairs. The apartments are worth the price which is not too much. We did not have any major problem while living there. Lately there were some loud and scary people moving in which made us feel a little unsafe. The laundry facility is good too. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in every building. Overall i had a good experience in the apartments and i definitely felt like home when i was there...

I disagree, and felt that this complex was handled poorly. Sandy was snotty and bitchy in the office, and the maintenance was rather poor. There was only one guy handling the entire complex! The parking is also atrocious, and one can often not find a spot in the evening. I've lived in worse, but this complex is nothing to brag about. It gets a C rating at best.

I also disagreed. They are always SO rude in the office and problems never get resolved! I guess maybe you gotta be at THEIR level low, low, low...
