I lived here from 2004 - 2007. It was a decent place for the rent I was being charged at that time.

Pros:
- rent was affordable
- small but adequate fitness center
- washer and dryer for every building
- I was only charged $30 when I moved out
- Maintenance was prompt; not rude
- Conveniet to Ford, Dearborn (my work) and University of Michigan (my school)
- Many grocery shops nearby


Cons:
- rude manager; had to complain to the regional manager
- Dishwasher flooded once during my 4 year stay; other than that, no major problems
- Roaches showed up once but were quickly exterminated by the exterminator
- Ocassional noise problems, nothing major
- Can smell cigarette smoke if someone is smoking in the corridor; this was my major issue with the apartment

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.
