Bogus Waivers/Bad Money Grubbing Business!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I was hired by a brand new company and asked River Bend Apartments for a waiver if "the company went out of business," or "I was laid off." Well, right before 9-11, I was laid off and had to move back to Louisiana. They continue to haunt me for the 4 months rent. I had no choice. I no longer had a job,. Their "WAIVER" apparently is bogus and now I have to litigate. Get in bed with boogers you become a booger!
