The office staff especially Charolette is great. They are responsive to all maintenance issues and are very, very good.
And we were pretty happy here the first couple years; but, the people who have been moving here are really, really trashy. Loud rap music in the parking lot at all hours. A neighbor upstairs who plays his video games loud day and night. Neighbors in the townhouses nearby who come in and out at all hours of the night with loud music. There are some great people...and some really, really bad. No police, trash or maintenance or office issues though. Moving out because we need a 3 bedroom because having a 3rd kid.
Washer/Dryer facilities really bad.
Cheap utility bills. Like $20 a month.
